How Your Caviar Arrives
Caviar needs to stay very cold from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your fridge. That matters even more in the UAE, where a few minutes in a hot car can make a difference. Every order is packed in an insulated thermal bag with frozen gel packs, so the tin stays chilled all the way to your door.
The bag is made for the journey, not for storage. Once your order arrives, take the tin out and put it in the fridge straight away.
